We Sustain and Nourish the Environment
Green Energy
We meet 68.56% of our group’s energy requirements through sustainable sources, including a dedicated 15 MW solar capacity and a 16.56 MW wind farm.
Water Conservation
Our facilities implement extensive rainwater harvesting and recycle 98% of all water used in production.
Green Cover
Our campuses maintain an 85.65% vegetation cover, with over 3,500 trees planted since 2020.
Wind energy
A wind farm with an installed capacity of 16.56 MV powers all our initiatives.
Rain water harvesting
Rainwater harvesting is an essential feature of all campuses of the Thiagarajar Group enterprises, that boast of 85.65% of green cover on an average.
Waste Management
We transform 440 tons of yarn waste into fibre annually and utilise organic bio-waste to produce biogas for our kitchens.
